We strongly recommend measuring your head before making your purchase but if your hat arrives and it's still not quite the right size you can send it back for one complimentary exchange.

All of our NZ orders are sent with a return label in the box, please ensure you have the return label before requesting a return.

Wrong size or colour?
Exchange requests must be within 14 days of purchasing. Simply LODGE A RETURN and we'll be in touch. All approved exchanges will receive a store credit to the value of the purchase. You are then free to use the store credit online to order the correct size/colour.
Changed your mind?
We will happily exchange your hat for a store credit if you have changed your mind. Change of mind returns must be made within 7 days of purchasing by lodging a return request
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item an exchange or full refund will be provided. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made outside the 7 day period will be accepted at MATB discretion and are not guaranteed. Simply LODGE A RETURN and select the appropriate options to request a full refund or exchange (images of faults must be included)

SALE & OUTLET ITEMS
Sale and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged so please choose carefully when buying on sale or in our outlet store.
Purchased at the markets?
If you purchased one of our hats at any of the markets we attend please email email@example.com to lodge a return request. Please include your name, the date you attended the market, the name of the market and which size and colour hat you purchased.
