If you order before 11am and choose ship your order is packed and shipped that day. See our shipping page for details and expected timeframes.
You can choose to Click & Collect your item if you live in Papamoa/ Tauranga. Click & Collect is available between 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday, instructions will be emailed once your order is ready to collect.
