That's cool, exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchasing. Simply lodge a return using this form. All approved exchanges will receive a store credit to the value of the purchase. You are then free to use the store credit online to order the correct size/colour.

It's ok, we won't be offended. We will happily exchange your item for a store credit if you have changed your mind. Change of mind returns must be made within 7 days of purchasing by lodging a return request via email.  Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in the original bag and box.

Hey we're all human right. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item an exchange or full refund will be provided. Requests must be made within 7 days . Requests made outside the 7 day period will be accepted at M&TB discretion and are not guaranteed. Email hello@meandthebrave.com and be sure to add images.

Uh oh, lucky you read this first because sale, bundle and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you've purchased an item on sale and it's faulty (excluding seconds) our standard T&Cs will apply.

Please choose carefully as Gift cards are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds but you could always wrap it up for secret santa.....

If you purchased one of our hats at any of the markets we attend please email hello@meandthebrave.com to lodge a return request. Please include your name, the date you attended the market, the name of the market and what product you purchased.

All NZ orders are packed daily and any orders placed before 10am will be processed and shipped the same day. Please refer to your tracking email for updates.


If you'd like to collect from our Papamoa warehouse please choose the LOCAL PICK UP option at checkout. Please DO NOT select Local pick up unless you intend to pick up, additional fees will be charged for any Pick up orders that later require shipping.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
